Starts at 07h00:
- 1st Loop: Slave Museum to Rondebosch Common: up Govt Ave run length and exit opp Mount Nelson
- Turn L and run to Hatfield Rd;
- Turn L into Hatfield Rd and run all the way down to Darling St;
- Turn R into Darling and run until the split and follow up Hanover Street. Cross over Tennant St, with CPUT on your R and parts
- of District 6 and Muir Street Mosques on your L. Run to Chapel St. L into Chapel and run to the cicle. L round the circle into
- Russell St and down to the Main Rd (M4). Turn R into Main Rd and follow through to Durban Rd Mowbray.
- Turn L into Durban and follow road down to Liesbeeck Parkway. Cross over and proceed until you get to Rondebosch
- Common. Corner of Klipfontein and Campground Rds. Turn R into Campground and stop at the parking area on your left.
- 2nd Loop: Once around the Common
- 3rd Loop: R Common to Batts Road: From the Common run to Palmyra Rd and all along to Claremont and follow road into Imam Haron Rd (Lansdowne) past the SAPS and Post Office to Rosmead Ave. R into Rosmead all the way to Plumstead.
- Follow the road to South Rd.(Rosmead/Ottery intersection) R into South and all the way up to Batts Rd. Turn R into Batts.
- 4th Loop: Run twice round the Muhammadeyah Primary School (2 x 1.5)
- 5th loop: From Batts Rd back to R Common all along Rosmead/Milner Rd
- 6th Loop: Once round the Common
- th Loop: Common to Lelieboom House, Krone Rd Belgravia. From the Common run to Kromboom Rd. L into Kromboom. Proceed to Thornton Road. To Turfhall L into Belgravia. Run to Belgravia
- Krone Rd (St John The Evangelist Anglican Church on the corner). R into Krone to the end. (Cul de Sac)
- 8th Loop: Lelieboom House back to Common via Veld Rd. R into Veld, past Belgravia High School to 6th Ave. L into 6th
- and all the way down to Klipfontein. Cross over at the robots to Athlone Stadium.
- Final Loop: Athlone Stadium back to R Common: Run round the stadium back to Klipfontein RD. (Hickory to Springbok to
- Cross Blvd and at the robot cross over Klipfontein and continue to your right to the Common past the SAPS and Red Cross Hospital
