ENTRY FORM WYS JOU MUIS RALLY

By entering you indemnify the host club and it’s partners with this disclaimer: I acknowledge that the Organizers of the Wys Jou Muis Rally have the right of admission. I hereby agree to abide by the rules of the Organizers. I further agree to participate in the 2023 Wys Jou Muis at my own risk and therefore by entering I automatically indemnify the organizers against any losses, damage, injury or any claim whatsoever, which may arise from my participation in the said event. I state that I am familiar with all the activities, and hazardous conditions which may exist in connection with this Event. I am aware that there are hazards that may exist in connection with my participation in such competitions and I voluntarily participate in these activities with knowledge of those hazards. I further state that I hereby assume the risk for any injuries that I may sustain in connection with my participating in the EVENT, and I hereby fully release and forever discharge Wys Jou Muis Rally Officials and Directors, Sponsors of the Event, City, Municipality and Province and where applicable, their respective agents and employees from all claims, damages, actions, suits or judgments that may result from any type of injury I may sustain while participating in the Event.
